Latohop - Support to the implementation of the One Health action plan for containing antimicrobial resistance in Latvia

With support from the EU commission, Sweden will, for two years, support Latvia in the implementation of their One health national action plan against antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The project is lead by The public health agency and The Swedish board of agriculture and includes both practical tools for the work against AMR and activities to promote cooperation between different sectors in Latvia and to improve communication and exchange of information. Within the project, the partners will develop a long-term plan for continuous work in Latvia after the project is finished. SVA is involved in the animal part of the project.
