Robert Söderlund
Title
Research area New sequencing techniques and bioinformatics to improve our ability to find the sources and routes of transmission of bacteria
This includes both animal pathogens and infections spreading from animals to humans, with a particular focus on EHEC and Salmonella. He is also trying to figure out the relationship between genotype and tendency to cause more severe forms of disease in animal and human pathogens.
