Molecular typing of STEC strains from slaughterhouse prevalence studies and for tracing sources of infection

In the project, isolates of STEC from a nationwide slaughterhouse prevalence study 2020-2021 as well as isolates from farms investigated as potential sources of human cases of illness or outbreaks are analysed by whole genome sequencing.
